Curators:

Eileen Chanza Torres is an associate professor at Westminster College and the Chair of the Film Studies Program. She teaches and writes on the literatures, films, and cultures of the Black Diaspora in the Americas. 

Jeff Nichols earned his Ph.D. in History from the University of Utah. His research interests include the social, cultural, and environmental history of Utah and the West. He is the author of Prostitution, Polygamy, and Power, co-author of Playing with Shadows, and series co-editor of the Great Salt Lake and Great Basin book series. He has taught at Westminster College since 1995. 

Spencer Potter is an associate professor of Theater at Westminster College. He is a multifaceted theatre artist interested in a scenographic approach to theatre design. Professionally, he designs scenery and costumes across the country. Spencer currently serves on the board of the Intermountain Desert Region Section of United States Institute of Theatre Technology. He is also a member of the USITT and International Organisation of Scenographers, Theatre Architects and Technicians (OISTAT.) Spencer is an alumnus of Dixie State University. 

Exhibit Director:

Alicia Cunningham-Bryant is an associate professor and holds the Honors College Kim T. Adamson Chair at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. She earned her Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at Yale University and has extensive experience as an archivist and curator. She was a U.S. State Department Education and Cultural Affairs ARCE fellow and has worked at museums around the world bringing together collections scattered around the globe in an effort to decolonize history. Alicia currently serves as Vice President for Governance on the board of the Utah Museums Association.
